.over the weekend... sio-bhan anderson gave birth to her twin sons... on separate two separate highways... at two different times.the first one... gavin... was delivered on southern state parkway... after his parents pulled over to ait for an ambulance. "they're wheeling me into the ambulance and i'm holding gavin. and i'm not really covered up at all. and there's a car literally driving towards us, and i'm like, "oh my god!" once in the ambulance... they continued to the hospital. but then minutes later... they had to pull over... and out came declan. mom and dad later arrived at the e-r with all the heavy-lifting already done. she is only 12-years-old... but she has already done more for others than many have done in a lifetime. and thanks to a recently awarded scholarship.... she's now able to help others even more. ariana wall is from catonsville. and she is this years ákohl's cares scholarship recipientá.it's a program honoring youth volunteers. with the help of her sister... ariana founded a program to raise money for children born with cleft palates. she also sold bracelets and made q
